Because of all of the colors, it blends in nicely with many of my shirts. The colors are typical of Africa and Jamaica and are often great conversation starters for me! The lightweight,100% cotton fabric works well for outdoors activities where you might sweat. I like to wear mine while mowing the yard to keep debris/clippings from flying in my hair and while gardening in the heat. I have many of these types of head wraps and use the older ones while painting to keep the paint out of my hair, which can be a big pain to remove. It is best to hand wash it in cold water and mild detergent to prevent fading. It looks good on either me or my husband and would likely work best for head sizes small to large; the head wrap may not fit well on X-Large heads.
