I bought this shampoo because I am at menopause age and the front of my hair is noticeably thinning. Rogaine didn't work for me. It seems most shampoos just don't give the volume that they advertise to. When I can fluff the front of my hair, it doesn't look so thin. This shampoo tingles when applied to my scalp. It cleans extremely well and my hair looks so much thicker when I use it. I love it. The conditioner is excellent also; same tingling to the scalp and does not weigh down my fine, thinning hair.
