My hair is noticeably thicker and stronger.The directions say to take 3 times a day with a meal(breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). I have been REALLY tired while taking 3 tablets daily, and decided to research online and found out that a person should take less than 10,000 iu of Vitamin A a day, because it builds up in the body, and fatigue is one of the side effects! According to the serving size, 3 tablets has 10,000 iu of Vitamin A. I just took one a day and I was no longer tired.
