I used minoxildil for over a year and didn't get very good results so I followed a friend's example and started using the NuHair system about five weeks ago. I had no high expectations other than I hoped that it would stop my receding hairline. To my surprise I've regrown hair along my hairline where there hasn't been hair for years. I hope that the regrowth continues.
One thing that I've also noticed, and is a con in my opinion, is that it affects all hair. I'm not extremely hairy all over my body but more than I'd ever want and this seems to increase the growth rate of that hair, too. Shouldn't be surprised by this, can't have it all I guess.

For years my brush would be full of hair after brushing, so I started looking for regrowth products. They were all over priced. I came across these pills here, the price caught my attention. I really didn't expect it to work at such a low price.
I have been using these pills for about a month and my hair is not falling out any more. I highly recommend this product. I am reordering more for my self and for friends and family members.

My hair was falling out for 2 years before I decided to really try and do something about it. After some searching, I found Nuhair. I've been using Nuhair along with 2 other products and it IS working. My hair is growing back in places that were thin and patchy. I don't think this product would work alone so people who are expecting just to take some vitamins are not being realistic. If you have extremely thinning hair or MPB, you'll need to use other products in conjunction, thats the reality. I liked this kit because I feel it has all the vitamins I need for hair regrowth. I would suggest you consult your doctor or a nutritionist before taking any product that claims to have a very strong component of vitamins and minerals or that claims to have healing effects on your body. From my experience I could say that Chlorella is an incredible product. I feel better, more energetic and lucid during the day. My mind is so much clearer so it is my sight. During the night I sleep better and my snoring has gone away (although this product doesn't claim to end snoring, after taking this product and doing nothing else, I DO NOT SNORE!!). I suffered from high blood pressure level 1, now (just one and half week taking this product) I have a blood pressure of 120/80 24 hours. I just checked my cholesterol and is down 20 points (I have helped with a balanced diet). But is under 200 for the first time in more than a year.
Overall I feel better. Difficult to describe but I just feel better.
I suggest you follow the instructions that comes with the box. Take 5 pills a day for one week and then increase to 10 pills a day for another week and then to 15 pills a day for the rest. Unless you are in a very bad shape, 15 pills a day should be enough for you to feel the difference.

These are a really complete vitamin for an athlete. Split the dose into three times daily if you are a bigger guy, like over 200 pounds. Smaller guys can get away with one or two in a day. Dont be surprised when your Pee is Neon colored! The only bad thing I can think of with these is that they smell awful. I mean really bad...I had one in my shirt pocket while at work so I would remember to take it with my lunch and I kept smelling it thinking wow what is that horrible smell? smells like my Vitamins...Duh! They are not the biggest pills ever, so they are pretty easy to swallow. They can leave a pretty nasty taste if you down them with water...maybe a bit of juice would do the trick. Anyway, for the money these are a great vitamin with LOTS of essential things a weightlifter needs to be getting...In my opinion its a way better idea than taking 22 pills a day with Animal Paks. No thank you. Ill eat clean and use Opti-Men. Thanks.

As with all nutritional supplements the user should not expect immediate results, so I hadn't expected to notice significant differences for a while.

I got this product because I had spent my first trimester cutting up the big horse pills I was first given. I have always had a problem with swallowing big pills plus the pills made me feel terrible! It doesn't make you sick so you can take it without food. No pills, no stomach sickness-all the same great stuff you need to give your baby the proper nutrition. I just got my blood test results back, and am anemic at 30 weeks pregnant. I have been taking my prenatal vitamins religiously so was confused, and this revelation led me to further scrutinize the ingredients in my vitamins.
I was very surprised to see that these do not contain ANY iron at all - which is ironic (ha!) since iron is pretty darn important when you're pregnant.
Also, today I happened upon an article describing the ill-effects of Retinyl Palmitate, which is a synthetic form of vitamin A. I was horrified to find that this is one of the main ingredients in these gummy vitamins. The best type of vitamin A for pregnant women is derived from plant-sources such as beta carotene. There is insufficient research available out there proving that Retinyl Palmitate is safe for pregnant women, and in fact most information out there recommends against ingesting it, as this form of vitamin A is present in most facial moisturizers, sunscreens etc. and getting too much in your system can lead to birth defects!
It would be much better if these gummies included beta carotene for a healthy vitamin A source, and also included iron. It's hard enough remembering to take pills each day, let alone downing a multitude of different pills. An 'all-in-one' prenatal vitamin would be much more convenient.
