Read about the wonders of emu oil online and had to try it. Thought if it did all it said, I'd better buy the 8-ounce size because I could sure use it. The stories are true. This stuff is a terrific moisturizer and great for achy muscles and joints. It absorbs quickly and leaves skin feeling like satin. It takes the pain away from overworked muscles without leaving a burn or yucky residue, and the nicest thing is that after applying it to sore legs, you don't have to run wash it off your hands because it just sinks right in and moisturizes. Think Amazon has the best price on this product and it is worth every penny.

Lanolin Hair Tonic Review

I have finally found my holy grail of care for my curly/dry/processed hair. First, a dollop of a product called Mixed Chicks leave in conditioner. That makes the curls set and zaps the frizz. But it is still has a flat and
dry look, and those slippery silicones feel nasty and just look greasy. I ordered this Lanolin hair tonic from
my favorite New Zealand importer, Koru Naturals. It's beautiful! Just a few drops, worked in all over makes it
shiny, soft, and it absorbs well, and doesn't feel icky on the hands. Love it.

I read all the reviews before purchasing this, including the ones about it not having a "seal." I ordered a bottle of this for my 80 year old mother who has all kinds of aches and pains, and I also ordered one for myself because I was interested to see if it did a good job on dry skin as everyone said. Well it has been month since I started using this oil and this is my report:
My mother told me when she uses it before bed on whatever is hurting, those aches are gone by morning. My report is that it truly does work great on your skin, my skin feels so soft and doesn't look dry anymore. I used it under my makeup today and I have such a glow about my skin! ALSO, it's good for burns, cuts, etc. My daughter who is away in college came home for the weekend and she is in sports (shot put/track). Her legs were aching and sore the touch. I rubbed her legs with the oil and by morning she said they were much better!So for those who don't believe what a great job it does in these areas this is my testimony. I highly recommend it!

Emu Oil Shampoo & Conditioner 8 oz Set Review

I've used the Emu oil shampoo, conditioner and oil for about 6 months now and I absolutely love them! I was a little hesitant initially about the term "oil" in a product and although as a black woman oil is important to my hair, I don't want the oily look or feel. These products were beyond my expectations! Before using these products I would have to relax my hair at least every 6-8 weeks. Now I will probably go back to natural because these products make my hair very soft and managable without a greasy feel or appearance. The emu oil absorbs completely with no residue left on pillows, furniture or anywhere else. A little goes a long way so about 3 drops applied to my medium length hair lasts at least 3-4 days. Living in a desert atmosphere makes it difficult to keep my hair from drying out but these products have totally changed that. The shampoo and conditioner have a wonderful light scent. Don't expect lather like other shampoo's because this product truly has ALL natural ingredients so there's very little sudsing if at all which is not something I miss. I just can't say enough good things about these products!

I have 4b hair and tried this shampoo when I had been transitioning for two or three months.My hair was absolutely stripped to the bone and in a tangled mess after using this product. It took me weeks to get my hair to recover after this horrible fiasco. This was definitely a nightmarish product for me. Some people do well with sulfate free shampoos, but not me. I had so many knots and spent so much time detangling that I wanted to cry. Painful!

I have been using these products for over 10 years and it is the only shampoo and conditioning treatment I've been able to use without having scalp problems. My brother and I inherited a type of eczema that started in our 30s. Using regular shampoo exacerbates it. Nioxin doesn't work and is toxic. Therapro Bioclenz and Scalp Response (now called Scalp Rinse) are what I always turn to. So glad they are available online as stores in my area don't always carry it. If ever they stop making this stuff, everyday will be a bad hair day!

Nizoral A-D Shampoo Review

I found out about this product several years ago when my doctor gave me the perscription formula for a bout of dandruff. It eventually became available in the non-perscription (1%) formula and for me, on the occasions that I need it the non-perscription formula has worked perfectly.
It is a very nice shampoo, aside from the anti-dandruff properties. It has a tingly (not burning or caustic feel) fresh feeling when you are using it and lathers extreamly well even in the hard water I have at home. After using it my hair has a very clean but not dry feeling.
I will use it from time to time as needed (usually in the fall) and I just had my son use it as well. It worked very well for him too and after the first use, the flakes were pretty much gone. Typically I will use it about a week and than I won't need it anymore. I also try to leave the lather on a few minutes to give it a chance to *work*.
I have to say that if you are in the market for a dandruff shampoo chose this one. The price is anywhere from a lot to a bit higher than the others but I haven't had to go out an buy anything else if I bought this first. I can't say that about the other products so in the long run this is most cost effective for me.

I have used emu oil before and I'm a big fan! Yes, it really does moisturize skin and hair like no other product. I massage it into my scalp and leave it on overnight a few nights a week...after shampooing it out in the morning,my scalp feels stimulated all day. The hair is moisturized and shiny. On skin , you can't beat this product for smoothing out scars and imperfections. GREAT STUFF . The emu oil that this company sells is high quality and absorbs quickly into the skin. The color of this oil is very telling of it's quality. This one has a pale creamy translucent consistancy and is oderless ....this indicates it's purity and high grade. The darker the oil the lower the grade.
