Raw Shea Butter Shampoo 8 oz Review
I purchased this item a few months ago from this company. I came back to order more and was surprised to read the bad review about the product and the company. I'm African American and have been natural since 2005 and this product made my natural curls more defined, soft and smell great! I work out everyday and wash my hair as often and this shampoo is great for daily use. Most shampoos strip your hair of all the oils leaving it dry and vulnerable and this one does not. The Shea leave-in conditioner is also great but don't use a lot because it is white & will flake up upon drying.
As far as this company goes, my experience with them is that they were outstanding and fast with their service. Some of the items I ordered were on backorder and I received a very professional note with the initial shipment stating this. However, before seeing the note I emailed the company stating that some items were missing. They quickly replied and apologized and made a great gesture to me because of the missing items. After sending the email, I then went back to the box and took all the items out and lo and behold the note was there. I emailed them with my apologies and the person that replied was once again gracious and professional.
I would highly recommend this product and this company! As long as they have what I need, I will only order from them because it is really nice to feel that there is a decent person that you are doing business with. Remember when small stores use to exist with great people and service and that combination is what made you want to shop there even if you could get the item else where? Well this is the same feeling I have with this company: great items, service and a competitive price. Do not let one top that came loose on a product stop you from trying them.
