So it's true, you never know what you've got till it's gone. Long story short, lost some hair, growing it back, want to keep it in great shape. I've been trying a number of different hair treatments. Overnight treatments, leave in treatments, masques, deep conditioners, you name it. (in fact I needed to get a rolling toolbox to house my products, guilty indulgence) So with this product, it's preshampoo, you put a tablespoon of product in your wet hair and focus on your ends. Run a comb through your preshampooed hair and leave the product on for 15 minutes. (I used the Mebco Tortoise Shower Detangler, for combing through my hair). I rinsed it out and va-va-voom i could feel some massive body. I finished shampooing and conditioning as I normally do and I could still feel some really thick hair on my head, normally my hair is fine and wavy. I let it air dry without product and it's so fluffy and wavy and pretty. I dig it.
I probably won't use it everyday, even though I want to, because of cost. But it's quite fantastic and I will continue to purchase it. I really like Burt's Bees products. I do wish they found a more economical earth friendly way to do refills, but I'll take it as it is.

This product is amazing!! I am currently in Iraq where the weather is very hot and it's sandy and dusty which dries out my hair tremendously. I use the Mastex Thermal Heat Cap about 3 times a week to deep condition my hair and I must say that as a result of using this product, I am able to sport healthy hair in a combat environment. For black hair, it is a battle just making sure that my hair has enough moisture, but this product has definitely eliminated the problem of "dry hair". I had no issues with the size of the cap and I wear a size 7 1/2 in military headgear. I would recommend this to everyone especially those that have no space for a hard hat hair dryer and want to do effective deep conditioning treatments.

I wanted to like this product, I really did. But after trying it for two days it's going to be re-assigned to dog shampoo. The smell is overpowering, and REALLY reminds me of the scent of that vacuum powder you put down. I received my product on the outside of the acceptable range, but still within it. The bottles are much smaller than they look in the picture though. Chalk it up to experience.

This is a WONDERFUL product!! If you need a boost in your energy levels, this is it! When I drink it I feel the results in a very short period of time. A friend of mine had severe cramps in his legs (poor circulation). When I gave him Frequensea, his pain stopped almost instantly. Another friend's daughter had a fever and was throwing up. He asked me for Frequensea. The next day, she was up playing. Yet, another friend has arthritis. She says that her pain is not as bad since taking Frequensea as well as her stamina increased. The taste is pretty good also. I have not found any downside to this product except the price. But, it is well worth it.

Before trying this product, I was using another famous brand (Nads) and was very happy about it. One day I ordered this Moom Hair Removal because I needed to order some more to get "free shipping" ordering online. I think I just liked the name and color, and I was just curious also.
Obviously, there are differences between this and another product. This one is less sticky and easier to clean up after. Especially when the wax was on the skin, wiping off was harder with the other product. Also, when I wash the wax off the cotton sheet that is used for hair removal, the wax comes off easier than the other products. Another important difference is that removing hair with this product is less painful than using the other product.
Since then I never look back. I don't expect that there is any better product on this planet for hair removal with this price.
If your room is very warm you don't have to heat the wax before using it. I live in a tropical city (Miami, Florida) so I never heat it.

Like a lot of other reviewers of Wen products, I've been moaning and complaining about the cost of this product line. Well, let me tell you how I finally learned my lesson:
I'd been using this haircare line for about 6 months. I had started with the combo offered in the infomercial & moved onto the Tea Tree about 4 months ago, after reading reviews that it is the best "flavor" for my hair type (very dry hair with oily/itchy scalp that tends towards dandruff). I've loved Wen since about week 2 with the product due to the following: (a) my scalp issues were resolved, (b) my hair seemed healthier after about a week, (c) I had stretched my last cut & color out to 10 weeks since the color still seemed shiney (I have jet black hair & my color is added only to warm up the tones from a blue-black to a brown/red-black - there isn't that much of a difference between my natural hair color and my color-treated color)& my ends looked fine. However, a few weeks ago, as I neared the bottom of my latest bottle of Wen Tea Tree, I started questioning how incredibly expensive it was after I realized how quickly the bottle had been used...so I didn't order a new bottle before I ran out.
I decided to go back to my old Aveda Color Conserve line in order to save some money. Within 2 days, (a) my itchy scalp was back AND (b) the shine was gone in my hair color, leaving it dull and lifeless looking AND (c) you could see exactly where the new hair growth ended and the color-treated hair began! It was disgusting! I immediately ordered a new bottle of Wen Tea Tree & scheduled a hair appt. I just hope that the Wen gets here by the time my appt comes around...
I guess the bottom line is that you have to consider not only the fact that you get both cleanser & conditioner in one product AND that your hair will look better, but also that you will be able to stretch out the time between cut/color appts. I used to have to go every 6 weeks or so, but could stretch it to about 10 with Wen. Each appt is about $200 for me, so that's how I'm justifying continuing with this product.

10/19/11* Bought a third bottle, noticed didn't smell strong, looked at the ingredients, and they removed geranium essential oil! They replaced with grapefruit. Now it is FRAGRANT- not strong. The floral notes are much lighter..

Although the smell is stronger than I would like, it is not as bad as one reviewer wrote and it does not smell like a cleaning product. It is almost entirely essential oils and essential oils have a strong smell. One of the ingredients is geranium oil and I happen to hate the smell of geranium oil. The overall smell of this serum is a blend of citrus and strong florals. BUT my boyfriend really liked the smell. He didn't pick up as much of the floral notes as I did and he thought it smelled lemony and clean. The smell does dissipate after a while.~
As far as everything else- this product is VERY lightweight, it gave my hair incredible shine, and I could apply it two or three times a day and never overdo it. My hair drank this stuff up. It absorbs very well. It has NO DIMETHICONE or silicone (which, according to some, are bad for hair and defeating the purpose of healthy hair if used regularly) like many serums for shine and moisture. In the month or two that I used this serum the condition of my normally frizzy, baby-fine, damaged, and dry, Dominican hair IMPROVED. The improvement was not temporary or superficial (as is the result with most hair care products). By doing what it claims (and what I believe it did) and penetrating the hair cortex, it moisturized my hair without weighing it down, banished fly-aways, and prevented split ends and breakage.
Now that I have been using thicker oils instead, I realize what a good product this serum is. It makes all the difference in the moisture of the hair- minus the overgreased factor (just apply it to ends if concerned). It gives your hair shine that lasts without being greasy. I LOVE to use serums, potions, and anything else in the name of beauty- so I love that I can reapply this several times a day.

*UPDATE*
*Be careful with the bottle. Mine broke when I dropped it on my bathroom floor. It is very thin glass. (I've never broken any other bottles in my bathroom- ever.)*
Also, I realized that during the time when I was using this serum my hair did GROW much faster- or more correctly I RETAINED my hair growth (you don't use it on the scalp, it's not rogaine- it's for moisture). My hair was thicker and I was having to get frequent trims (every 3 weeks) to keep my hair at shoulder length.
This is a product that is very different from thicker oils. There is no comparison. This product is DEFINITELY WORTH A TRY if you are trying to grow your hair and have damage/dryness (or if you just have damage/dryness).
~ Now that I want longer hair (and highlights have recked my hair so that I won't be retaining much growth) I am putting away my other oils and going to get another bottle of this stuff.~

I bought this oil at target because I couldn't find any jojoba oil for my hair. Little did I know it would solve one of my skin problems.
I put a little bit (palm smear amount) on my typically dry, course hair after I wash it. Keeps it smooth and non-frizzy without adding too much oil.
But the real treat is for my shoulders and back where I have keratosis pilaris. I've noticed the little clogged hair folicle bumps have slowly begin vanishing and the little dark spots are less noticable. This stuff seems to "calm" my skin down. The oil absorbs into my skin beautifully so I don't have to worry about struggling with my hands behind my back for an even application. Its been a couple of weeks since using this stuff for that purpose and my skin is getting to be so smooth!!!
I'm also using it on my hands and knees, feet and elbows an everyday basis instead of lotion. It's cheaper and absorbs very quickly.
Besides all this, the sweet herbal scent is very comforting. It fades significantly after initial application and does not interfere with my other perfumes.

For crying out loud! Have you people never smelled tea tree oil before? I guarantee you, that if you used a previous tea tree oil product that *didn't* smell like "turpentine", then it had hardly any tea tree oil in it, and you got ripped off.
Try this: next time you're at the health food store, go to the "essential oils" section, find a bottle of pure tea tree oil ("Desert Essence" is a good brand), and smell it. You will get the "turpentine" smell, in spades.
So why do I use it? Tea tree oil is a natural anti-bacterial, and I use it constantly to "de-germ" my hands. It rinses clean--unlike commercial anti-bacterial soaps that leave an overwhelming perfume-y smell that takes hours to dissipate--and does not create the same problems as using a commercial anti-bacterial soap does: i.e., creating a "super-bacteria" that can't be killed.
The other, "pretty" smelling Bronner's soaps will do a fine job of cleaning your skin, but if you have a need for a natural anti-bacterial--as I do--then buy Bronner's Tea Tree, dilute it about 6:1 w/water, and put it in a pump bottle. Hold your breath if you don't like the smell.

These products both are great--and I love the smell!!
I would recommend these both to anyone with color treated hair, my hair was somewhat dry and looking brittle even though it wasn't. After the first use I could see the difference and the conditioner doesn't weight down the hair, gives great shine.
A sample of Moroccan oil was enclosed they are generous with that product (4). It aids in drying hair and give beautiful luster. And the fragrance is wonderful and lasting!
If you've been thinking of buying do so by all means!! the only complaint is that the bottles are such thick plastic hard to squeeze our the products.

The ingredient list they have here is not correct. This shampoo is by no means all natural or herbal: Sodium Laureth Sulfate and alcohol are listed as the main ingredients, with olive oil and coconut oil being at the bottom of the list (unlike their listing which puts the olive oil at the top). It is nothing but regular shampoo. The way it is listed gave me the impression that I was getting an oil based shampoo that would moisturize my hair. I wouldn't buy any of these products.

This is the most AMAZING hair product I have ever used (and that is no small claim, Burt's Bees has won me over for good!!) This product smells like HEAVEN! and even better it is a superb deep leave in conditioner ( I bought a combo kit at Sun Harvest that has the avacodo treatment and a cute little shower cap with little bees on it, but any shower cap will work fine). Put the stuff in your hair, put the cap on and go to sleep, and in the morning you wash your hair and it is so soft and shiny! I color my hair all the time and this treatment keeps my delicate hair so strong and healthy...my mom, brother and many of our friends are addicted to this stuff now!
And if that is not enought... both my man and I have thrown out ALL of our hair products (no joke and we had a ton!) and ONLY use the Avacado Hair treatment..ONE tube takes the place of ALL of our: gels, pommade, wax, etc. and you only need a little bit to keep your hair polished, full of life and in place all day,,plus your hair smells great all day long! If you already have great hair or your hair needs extra TLC I would highly advise you to buy this...it is funny to say..but it has truely changed the life of our hair for good! I no longer have to waste anymore time or $$$ looking for a better product....
