Natrol (incl Laci Le Beau Teas) NuHair Mens Kit Review

I used minoxildil for over a year and didn't get very good results so I followed a friend's example and started using the NuHair system about five weeks ago. I had no high expectations other than I hoped that it would stop my receding hairline. To my surprise I've regrown hair along my hairline where there hasn't been hair for years. I hope that the regrowth continues.
One thing that I've also noticed, and is a con in my opinion, is that it affects all hair. I'm not extremely hairy all over my body but more than I'd ever want and this seems to increase the growth rate of that hair, too. Shouldn't be surprised by this, can't have it all I guess.

Do you suffer with the "heartbreak" of psoriasis? Especially in the scalp? I do. I can sympathize how horrific it can be, not to mention embarrassing. This trio of medications are better than other things I have tried. It does leave your hair soft and the shampoo doesn't stink terribly like other tar products I've tried. There is a pretreatment that burns, if your scalp is irritated, but if you suffer with the itchy scalp, it does give some relief. The conditioner is very nice. It has mint in it that soothes the scalp. You must use it at least 2 times a week for any reasonable results. All in all, it is a good product, and there isn't any product out there I haven't tried. Good luck to those who are a sufferer as I am. I hear your pain!

While on vacation recently, I noticed that my hair had drastically begun to thin, break, and shed; so much so, that I contemplated the following options: buy a wig, find the nearest salon, or cut off all my already short hair, (all of which I have done before and was not satisfied). While I was contemplating my options, I happened to be in a local grocery store and began to peruse the hair care aisle. That is when I discovered this wonderful product, GroWorks. I am always looking for hair products that I hope will help my hair and scalp. I wear various natural hair styles (e.g. the Afro, twists, Nubian knots, and braids); and although I don't have any chemical treatments or color in my graying hair, it is still very fragile. I was attracted to the name and packaging of this product and after having read the label, I thought I would give it a try. I am glad that I did! The very first time I used it, I could feel the difference and within in 2-3 weeks, I saw a difference. Not only had my hair stop breaking/shedding as much, but it felt thicker; hair and scalp had a natural sheen; and it looked healthier! In the past, I have wasted much money and time on hair care products that did not work for me, but this product was different. I highly recommend GroWorks, because for me, the product performed; it did what it said it would do. My hair is growing, slowly, but stronger! I've only been using GroWorks Strenghtening Root and Scalp Serum and the conditioner for not quite a month, but I intend to continue. If you try GroWorks, I hope that you will be satisfied as well.

I absolutely love this product. I was first introduced to it during a visit to one of my friends in Manhattan. I live in Georgia so I can't exactly get this product as easily as she can, so I was elated to find this product on Amazon. I am mixed with German and Black, so my hair is all over the place. This product not only softens the texture of my hair but always has a great scent that lasts. I call it hair crack because if I don't use it when I wash it, my hair will not cooperate as well...lol, crazy as that may sound. I simply wash and condition my hair as usual and then use the silicon mix, i let it sit for about 3-4 minutes in my hair and wash it out. I am contemplating buying the shampoo and conditioner next. I hope this review helps people with my texture of hair. Have a great day folks!!!

So it's true, you never know what you've got till it's gone. Long story short, lost some hair, growing it back, want to keep it in great shape. I've been trying a number of different hair treatments. Overnight treatments, leave in treatments, masques, deep conditioners, you name it. (in fact I needed to get a rolling toolbox to house my products, guilty indulgence) So with this product, it's preshampoo, you put a tablespoon of product in your wet hair and focus on your ends. Run a comb through your preshampooed hair and leave the product on for 15 minutes. (I used the Mebco Tortoise Shower Detangler, for combing through my hair). I rinsed it out and va-va-voom i could feel some massive body. I finished shampooing and conditioning as I normally do and I could still feel some really thick hair on my head, normally my hair is fine and wavy. I let it air dry without product and it's so fluffy and wavy and pretty. I dig it.
I probably won't use it everyday, even though I want to, because of cost. But it's quite fantastic and I will continue to purchase it. I really like Burt's Bees products. I do wish they found a more economical earth friendly way to do refills, but I'll take it as it is.
